I love travelling, but instead of buying souvenirs I usually bring back home lots of stones, found in places I visit. Sometimes I use them in my jewellery. These earrings are a rarity for those who love Iceland. I made them of silver, adorned with classical Icelandic Aegishjalmur (called also Helm of Awe, considered to be a powerful symbol of protection) and true pieces of Iceland - green/grey rhyolites from Hvannagil canyon and pieces of lava collected on magical black beaches. You can see photos of the actual places where I found these stones in the gallery.

The earrings are oxidized and left with satin finish to showcase the detail of hand created Aegishjalmur symbol. Their total length is 4,3 cm. The are not heavy. They will be packed in a nice gift box with a certificate of uniqueness attached.
